Say, you drop a few URL address into a new page, or combine some .pdf files for a project you are working on.

You can drop the content willy nilly, anywhere on the page.

Is there a way you can "align"/"format" that content as one group, instead of manually aligning them as individual components?

If I read your request correctly you simply drag the page or pages from the unfiled section to the section of your choice.

Hello,

I would like to be able to Alphabetize my Sections within my Notebooks automatically. Sure, I know I can click and drag them to my heart's content, but it would be great if they could be auto-sorted. Thank you for making a grat product! It is actually what is keeping me bound to the MS Office Suite. If it were not for OneNote, I would switch to other software for my needs. Thank you!

I too would very much like this feature. I would like to use drawings like I do shapes in Word, such as callouts. In Word, you can easily lock the shapes so that they stay in position relative to the text or images that the shape was placed next to.

Stew informs this isn't possible in OneNote. But doesn't that pretty much make drawings useless? For example, say you want to draw a circle around some text to emphasize it, using the pen tool. If that circle doesn't move with the text, it's useless. I'm new to OneNote (this is my first version), but love it. Maybe because I'm new I'm missing something here?

Would it be possible to promote the visibility of the Search option on this site? Please move it to the top of the page, so I don't have to scroll for it. (Remember, people are using different screen sizes now and what you see in the office may not match what's in the field. Think netbooks, etc.)

Also, how do you make a simple outline in OneNote? Documentation covering this and other simple usage scenarios is hard to track down.
